Our Standard Practice

What is standard for us might not be standard for your event.
Here is our common practice unless altered prior to your event.
Arrival half hour prior to service.
Wine Bottles at Bar, tables to take what then need (one red, one white)
Wine by the bottle set price of $15.00
Pop/ Juice at no charge
Supplies Organized/ Sorted after service
Cashout to Host after last call
Cleanup finished within hour or last call

Trends we've noticed

Every wedding is a little different, but there are some trends we have seen in the last year:

Tonic and Soda are SO popular right now. 

Everyone wants to skip Gin - Bring it.

Craft Beer is so popular, for the right crowd, but remember to consider the people who like a regular beer. Something too strong may not be as popular with a large group.

We have a ton of tips and tricks for saving you a little coin for your big event.

3. Drop the Rum, IF you can. Go for Spiced Rum unless you know Aunty Betty needs her Lambs :)
