Menu
Q: What will be served at my wedding?
A: The drinks that will be served are determined by the host. Package A&B clients are responsible for shopping and providing their own Alcohol and Mix. Package C&D clients will have a brief consultation where we will arrange a menu. Once the menu is finalized, GOS will organize the ordering and pickup of your supplies. (Package D) We have a simple menu guideline that we can follow, and amend as requested.
Q: We want signature drinks, is this possible?
A: YES! This day is about you guys! If you want it, you got it. As long as the correct supplies/ recipe is provided, we will make it (upon availability, we do not have access to a full kitchen at all times
Q: Can we have a Keg for beer?
A: Yes, but we require the associated equipment be rented, as we do not have Keg pumps or coolers. (We recommend Olds College Brewery Beer)
Service
Q: What are the qualifications of the staff?
A: Our bartenders all have their AGLC Alberta Proserve Certification. Staff also must have bartending experience prior to coming on board with our company.
Q: How early do you arrive to serve?
A: We will arrive at least half hour early to ensure we are prepared to start service at the agreed upon time.
Float
Q: Do we bring our own float?
A: The Float is provided.
Q: We would like to do a ticket table, is that an option?
A: We have worked many events over the years, and we made a decision to eliminate tickets from our packages.
If you would like to gift your guests a drink, we will take those tickets like cash.
Q: How do we get our money after the wedding from the sales?
A: After last call, we will sit down and count the sales from the event. Once counted we will forward to the host, usually bride and groom, unless they have assigned another person to be responsible for the money. After the money has been forwarded, GOS will no longer be accountable for the money collected over the course of your event.
Payment
Q: How do we send deposit to book/ hold a date?
A: Once you have completed the questionnaire, your contract has been forwarded and you have reviewed and are ready to sign, you can send a $200.00 non refundable deposit to [email protected]
Q: Do you charge tax?
A: Yes we charge 5% GST
Q: How do we submit full payment for our event?
A: We require full payment the day before your event. This can be paid by e-transfer, Credit Card (service fee), or by Cheque.
Q: We selected Package D, Is the cost of the Alcohol and the Mix/ Supplies included?
A: Any additional cost accumulated on supplies is in addition the Package D price.
